“I love the moment people realise they have their own answers.
From the day I discovered coaching, I was hooked. It’s empowering in its very philosophy and all you need to change your life.
I often hear my coachees say ‘I feel like me again’ and I know our work is done – they have the tools to thrive.”
About Coaching
Confidence Coaching:
Confidence is all about the way you think and feel. By challenging your limiting beliefs, you can find the key to enjoying the present and create the life you want. Irrespective of what that is – a new relationship, a different job, to run a marathon – often confidence, or lack of it, is the main stumbling block. By offering new and refreshing perspectives, coaching can be life changing.
Wellbeing Coaching:
Coaching impacts people in all walks of life to help them improve their self-esteem; manage anxiety and depression; develop a work/life balance; improve interpersonal relationships; increase health and fitness and much more. Putting yourself first is harder than it sounds but essential to wellbeing. Identifying clearly what you want your life to be like sparks the motivation to achieve greater fulfilment.
Youth Coaching:
The next generation have unprecedented opportunities but also an array of challenges in the modern world. At Dragonfly, it is a privilege to help young people find their own way. Coaching benefits wellbeing, academic progress and career prospects. We are committed to making support accessible and affordable for young people and their families. Discover more >
