Exam Wellbeing Programme

For a one-off payment of £15, help sustain focus and emotional health this exam season with Dragonfly. 

IMPACT-19 runs from 9th May to 30th May and includes 4 online talks, 3 group coaching sessions and access to subsidised one-to-one mentoring. 

In the decades we’ve been supporting young people, our greatest successes have come when we’ve supported the whole of the person and not just their academic attainment. Adopting a healthy structure and routine during the exam period can consolidate years of learning and revision, ensuring optimum performance at the final hurdle.  

Each session, whether it be an online talk, group coaching or mini-mentoring, is hosted by one of the Dragonfly co-founders, Claire or Rachael (who have 30 years combined experience working with young people). As well as exam and revision tips, we share current research on the importance of good quality sleep, brain-friendly nutrition and healthy screen use for effective cognition.

Our weekly online talks (8:30pm each Tuesday) mark the wind down from revision, encouraging relaxation and calm in preparation for a good night’s sleep. Young people can simply listen via computer, app or phone and there is no pressure to interact. Alternatively, they can catch up on demand.

 Group coaching sessions will take place on Thursdays at a similar time and we encourage young people to make notes and share them with us if they wish.

In addition, for those who sign up to Impact-19, we can offer subsidised mentoring at just £5 for 15 minutes of one-to-one advice and follow up by email or Whatsapp for the remainder of the programme.

Young people can dip in and out as and when but are encouraged to see us as a constant support through the exam period.
